We are looking for a well-organized Administrative / Personal Assistant for an Executive Office in Downtown Miami.
Requirements:
-Must be very responsible, polite, organized, hardworking and self-starter
-Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar office position is preferred
-Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once
-Must be completely fluent BILINGUAL - in both English and Russian, written and verbal
-Must have all necessary legal documents
-Reliable Transportation is a plus
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Filing/faxing/scanning
- Manage schedules and calendars
- Arranging appointments, meetings, lunches
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage multiple projects
- Handling personal errands ( personal property organization, online research, travel arrangements)
40 hours per week: Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm
