We are looking for a well-organized Administrative / Personal Assistant for an Insurance Agency in Hallandale Beach.
*Requirements:
-Must have great personality, be very responsible, polite, organized, sales oriented, hardworking and self-starter
-Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar office position is preferred
-Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once
-Must be completely fluent BILINGUAL - in both English and Russian, written and verbal
*Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Respond to inquiries from customers making sure any problems they are experiencing are resolved
- e-Filing/e-faxing/scanning
- Duties may include preparing quotes of policy costs, explaining coverage, setting up insurance claims and suggesting the best insurance choices to customers.
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage multiple projects
*Full insurance training will be provided to elected candidate.
*40 hours per week: Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm; Sat 9am - 1pm. Base salary plus commission plus benefits.
